Using original AISI420 solid bar stock directly machined, the inner and outer rings are dense and uniform in material, eliminating the uneven wall thickness and internal porosity issues common in tubular bearings. This results in stronger fatigue and deformation resistance, reducing overheating and jamming under continuous high-speed operation, and significantly extending service life compared to ordinary tubular bearings.
2. High-Speed Optimized Design for Smooth Operation and Low Loss
Specifically optimized for high-speed applications such as motors and fans, it comes standard with G10-grade high-precision stainless steel balls, offering high rolling accuracy and low frictional resistance. Combined with precise grinding and stable assembly processes, it can adapt to a wider speed range, resulting in low operating noise, low temperature rise, and enhanced stability during long-term continuous operation.
3. AISI420 Main Material: Balanced Corrosion and Wear Resistance
The factory primarily mass-produces AISI420 stainless steel, which meets hardness standards and offers excellent wear resistance, capable of handling humid, mildly corrosive, and dusty industrial environments. Custom AISI440/304/316 materials are also supported to meet the upgrade needs of special corrosive scenarios such as food processing, chemical processing, and seawater treatment.
4. Multi-Material Retainer + Custom Seals: Compatible with All Operating Conditions
Retainers are available in 430/201/304 stainless steel, with strength and corrosion resistance matched as needed.
Seals include ZZ metal dust covers, 2RS nitrile rubber (oil-resistant and universal), and fluororubber (high-temperature and corrosion-resistant), effectively preventing dust, moisture, and oil intrusion.
Lubricating greases are available in standard industrial greases, food-grade greases, high-temperature greases, and low-temperature greases, adaptable to different industry standards.
