As a SS 6300 Series Stainless Steel Deep Groove Ball Bearings manufacturer, Ningbo Aosen Bearing Co., Ltd. supplies this line from our in-house factory, Ningbo Weijun Bearing Co., Ltd., established in 2016. With nearly a decade of deep groove ball bearing production, an 8,000+ square meter plant and an annual output of 13–15 million sets, we are structured for stable, repeatable supply.
Our export operation serves the global mid-to-high-end market from China. Because we control material entry, heat treatment, grinding, assembly and final inspection, we can quote SS 6300 configurations with clear technical scope rather than passing responsibility across multiple sub-suppliers.
Where the SS 6300 Series Fits in Our Stainless Steel Range
The Stainless Steel Deep Groove Ball Bearings family at our factory spans SS 6000, SS 6200, SS 6300, SS 6700, SS 6800 and SS 6900 series. The 6300 frame is the medium-large workhorse of the stainless range: it handles higher radial loads than 6000 and 6200 frames while keeping the low friction and quiet running expected from precision-ground deep groove raceways.

SS 6700, SS 6800 and SS 6900 series are available in the same stainless family when the envelope is smaller; the SS 6300 series remains the first choice for medium-to-heavy continuous operation.
Engineering Fit: Load, Speed and Sealing
SS 6300 stainless steel deep groove ball bearings support radial loads plus a certain degree of axial load in both directions. The deep raceway and high-precision ball set make them suitable for continuously running equipment where vibration and noise have to stay low.
- Electric motors and pumps: low friction and stable clearance reduce energy loss and bearing temperature.
- Conveyors and gear reducers: high radial load capability handles belt tension and gear forces.
- Food, beverage, marine and chemical equipment: stainless rings and seals resist moisture, washdown chemicals and salt-laden air.
- Agricultural and construction machinery: robust cross section tolerates shock and dirt when sealed correctly.
Sealing determines how much contamination the bearing can exclude. We supply this series with ZZ metal shields, 2RS contact rubber seals or open variants, depending on the operating environment. For washdown or high-humidity lines, 2RS is usually the correct call; for higher speed and lower torque, ZZ is preferred. A current example is the SS 6307 ZZ/2RS stainless steel deep groove ball bearings model, supplied with either shield or seal.
Materials and Precision Grades
We produce stainless steel rings and balls in AISI 420, 440, 440C, 304 and 316 grades. In practice, 440C is selected when hardness, wear resistance and load capacity dominate, while 304 and 316 are selected when corrosion resistance is the primary constraint. Standard GCr15 bearing steel remains available for carbon steel versions of the same 6300 geometry.
Tolerance grades can be specified as required; P6 and P5 grades are commonly used for lower vibration and more accurate running in motor and automation applications. We adjust internal clearance to the expected temperature range and interference fit conditions.
Configuration and OEM Customization
Our factory configuration work covers dimensions, tolerance grades, sealing structures and lubrication method. When your drawing or sample requires a non-standard design, we develop it from the existing 6300 geometry instead of forcing a standard bearing into the assembly.
- Extended inner rings or grooved outer rings for locating and locking.
- Special tolerances and internal clearance classes.
- Custom grease fill and sealing compounds for food, chemical or low-temperature service.
- OEM packaging with your part number, bar-code labels and batch traceability.
Quality Control and Manufacturing Capacity
All stages from raw material selection to heat treatment, precision grinding and final assembly are completed in-house at Weijun Factory. That gives us direct control over raceway precision, ball matching and internal clearance adjustment, which determine how a bearing behaves at speed.
Our process-wide quality system covers incoming material, in-process dimensional checks and finished product inspection. Before shipment, bearings pass standardized inspection of inner and outer diameters, roundness, flatness and visual condition. The factory operates at an annual output of 13–15 million sets, with five partner factories extending the range to more than 230 models when special materials or non-standard precision work is required.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between SS 6300 and SS 6200 series?
The SS 6300 frame has a larger cross section and higher radial load capacity, which suits motor, pump, gearbox and conveyor applications. The SS 6200 Series Stainless Steel Deep Groove Ball Bearings are lighter and fit more compact machinery where envelope space is limited.
Which stainless steel grade should I choose?
Choose 440C when hardness and wear resistance matter most, and 304 or 316 when corrosion resistance dominates. For aggressive chloride or frequent washdown environments, 316 is the preferred stainless grade.
What sealing options are available on this series?
We supply SS 6300 bearings with ZZ metal shields, 2RS rubber seals or open configurations. ZZ offers lower torque and higher speed capability; 2RS provides better protection against moisture, dust and washdown chemicals.
Can you supply non-standard SS 6300 bearings?
Yes. Custom dimensions, tolerance grades, sealing structures, lubrication methods and features such as extended inner rings or grooved outer rings can be developed from your drawing or sample.
What information do you need to prepare a quotation?
Share the bearing model or shaft and housing dimensions, radial/axial loads, speed, temperature, environmental conditions, seal and lubrication preference, plus target quantity. That allows us to propose the correct configuration and delivery plan.
