1. Customized High Corrosion-Resistant Materials for Complex Working Conditions
The main material used is AISI420 martensitic stainless steel (the core mass-produced material in our factory). AISI440 (high hardness and corrosion resistance), 304 (general corrosion resistance), and 316 (suitable for strong corrosion) can be customized according to customer needs. After vacuum quenching and tempering, the hardness can reach HRC 58-62. It exhibits excellent resistance to moisture, weak acids, and salt spray, completely solving the pain points of ordinary bearings being prone to rust and damage in harsh environments, significantly extending equipment lifespan.
2. Precision Machining of Solid Bar Stock for Upgraded Load-Bearing Performance
Unlike traditional tube machining, AISI420 solid bar stock is directly machined into shape. This results in higher metal density and more uniform wall thickness in the inner and outer rings of the bearing, free from defects such as porosity and cracks. Impact resistance and deformation resistance are significantly improved. The rated dynamic load can reach 6.8kN, and the rated static load 3.2kN, making it suitable for medium-load, high-frequency operation scenarios. The load-bearing stability is improved by more than 25% compared to bearings machined from tube stock.
3. Fully In-House Production, Traceable Quality
We do not produce steel; we focus on the entire bearing manufacturing process: from sourcing high-quality solid bar stock to machining, heat treatment, precision grinding, and assembly, all steps are completed in-house without outsourcing. We strictly adhere to the ISO 9001 quality system, with inspection records for each process. Dimensional tolerances are controlled within ±0.002mm, ensuring consistent performance across batches and providing traceable, reliable quality.
4. G10 Grade Steel Balls + Multi-Material Cages for Smoother Operation
Standard configuration includes G10 grade high-precision stainless steel balls with a roundness error ≤0.0005mm, a smooth, burr-free surface, low rolling resistance, and operating noise as low as 30dB, preventing frictional noises during high-speed operation. Cages are available in 430, 201, and 304 stainless steel, allowing for flexible matching based on operating conditions—430 offers excellent temperature resistance, 304 provides strong corrosion resistance, and 201 offers high cost-effectiveness, adapting to different application scenarios.
5. Customized Seals and Greases for All Applications
Seals and greases can be precisely customized to meet specific customer needs, balancing practicality and economy: Seals can be selected from ZZ metal dust caps (suitable for dry, dusty environments, dustproof and splashproof), 2RS nitrile rubber (oil and wear resistant, suitable for general operating conditions from -40℃ to 120℃), and fluororubber (acid and alkali resistant, high temperature resistant, suitable for strong corrosion and high temperature conditions from -20℃ to 250℃); Greases include general-purpose lithium-based greases, FDA-certified food-grade greases, high-temperature greases, and low-temperature greases, meeting the special requirements of different scenarios such as food processing, chemical industry, and outdoor equipment.
